The Reason
“Photography to me is more than pictures, more than film, more than cameras. Photography is life itself. It is the sharing of life that is more important than all the pictures in the world..” – Neville Coleman
I suppose in a way I support this view. The underwater world is teaming with life – life that a lot of people, for one reason or another, will never get the chance to experience and enjoy. And that is the main reason behind my love for underwater photography, and setting up this website. It allows me to share life in all its abundance with people whom I love most.
Kodak’s Korner has been set up as both as an underwater photographer’s resource and a place to showcase my photography. As a photographer’s resource, I hope that the regular reviews of dive destinations, underwater photography gear and web resources, as well as updates on events on the underwater horizon will help to inspire a new generation of divers and underwater photographers. From time to time, I will also post articles on underwater photography (from other websites) and add links to marine themed sites. As for the showcase, I hope you enjoy the photos!
Regardless of your reason for visiting my site, please stay awhile, and enjoy all the beauty of the marine realm! And if you like it, please tell your friends, it is the highest compliment that you can give
Happy diving,
Neil
